  • Promote Organizational & Administrative Development by employing ethical and collaborative management and leadership practices appropriate to the field and role that assist institutions in accomplishing their mission; and enhancing the ability of institutions to provide safe and productive environments, to anticipate and prepare for change, crisis, and disruption.
  • Conduct Assessment, Evaluation, and Research by selecting and applying appropriate research methodology to assess needs and effectiveness; using assessment and research data to inform practice and administrative decisions; and designing and conducting a research study, and effectively communicate the results using a variety of media.
