She completed her Education Specialist Degree at Stetson University in Professional Teaching and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership K-12 Programs from Capella University. She holds Florida state certification in Educational Leadership-All Levels. In addition to an extensive business background, Dr. Adragna has spent the last ten years as an educator and leader at Edith I. Starke Elementary School, Volusia County Florida. She is a contract consultant for Daytona Beach Community College and a Trainer for the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. Research presentations include the Florida Association of Teacher Educators and the e-Learning conferences. Among her interests are multiculturalism, character education, direct instruction for reading, and closing the achievement gap for students living in generational poverty.
Dr. Adragna’s career in education, together with her interest in technology and the internet, provided her with the incentive to pursue online teaching. As a product of distance education that enabled her to earn a terminal degree without having to quit her day job, she says that she believes the future of education lies in the power of distance learning, and she is excited about teaching and learning using the tools of modern technology.
When she’s not working in education online or at school, Dr. Adragna travels with the International Flute Orchestra performing and participating in educational and cultural exchanges. Her travels include Eastern and Western Europe, China, Greece, Turkey, and cities throughout the United States. She says her laptop does have frequent flyer miles!

His Bachelor’s degree is in Elementary Education, with a specialization in Special Education. His master’s degree is in Education Administration. He received his Ed. D. in Special Education, with a minor in Education Administration, in 2000.
Dr. Belcastro served as a Special Education teacher and administrator for 16 years before moving to Higher education as the Director of Special Education for Geneva College. After serving as the Director of Graduate programs in Education for Waynesburg College (now University) he moved to Argosy as Online Program Director, and now Online Assistant Dean for Education.
Dr. Belcastro resides in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. His wife, Beth, is currently finishing her dissertation to complete the requirements for her doctorate with the University of Pittsburgh. He currently enjoys coaching his sons Jordan (13) and Jacob (10) in all sports. His interests include Bible Study, reading, and sports.

MA in Education, and a BS in Mathematics. Her first career was as an engineer working as a computer programmer, systems analyst, and program manager. After receiving her MA in Psychology, she began working with pregnant addicts providing a complete life program. As she transitioned into organizational psychology and business management, after obtaining her PhD, she coached managers, teams, and individual employees and developed a personnel assessment and training department. She developed a numerous number of traditional (classroom) and online courses for supervisors and conducted training in communication strategies for employees.
Her experience in the United States at the university level as an educator was at three secular universities as an adjunct teacher where she has taught statistics and research, psychology courses in family systems, drug addiction, and counseling, and business courses in management, human resources, communication, motivation, and leadership. In Romania, she developed and taught a course entitled “Faith-Based Psychology and Counseling” for a Romanian Bible college. She has just completed two graduate courses “Strategic Planning in Higher Education” and “Research Design and Analysis in Education.”
She spent 2 years in Israel working for the government there and lived in Romania for 6 years working with teenage orphans and elderly Roma people through a non-profit organization. In addition to working for Argosy full-time, she currently provides consulting services to organizations in leadership and training and finds time for her three grandchildren.

psychologist based in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Her undergraduate alma mater is the University of Notre Dame, where she double-majored in English and Psychology. She graduated with honors, then proceeded on to Texas Tech University, graduating in 1996 with her PhD.
Michelle completed her pre-doctoral internship at Children's Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She then researched ADHD for the National Institutes of Mental Health and the American Academy of Pediatrics during her postdoctoral research internship. She worked at the Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute as a resident, then stayed on as a licensed psychologist until leaving to work with children and adolescents for Fairfax County. Her favorite responsibility for the county was to supervise pre-doctoral externs' assessment and therapy with children, teens, and families. Later, Dr. Green ran her own private practice for years. She has gradually transitioned into primarily teaching online, but also teaches on campus at Argosy University's Washington, D.C. campus.
She has two young daughters, ages 6 and 4. Her pastimes include reading fiction (especially coming-of-age novels), hiking, photography, and yoga.

Susan holds a PsyD from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, an M.REd from Loyola University in Chicago, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign -Urbana.
She has been trained in, and serves as, an Assessment Mentor and AQIP Consultant Evaluator for The Higher Learning Commission. She is a graduate of the Harvard Institute for Management and Leadership in Education. Susan changed her focus to higher education administration after 15 years in private psychotherapy practice Susan has nine years of experience in higher education administration, including service as Core Faculty and the Associate Program Chair of the Clinical Psychology program at the Chicago campus, the Vice President of Academic Affairs at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and for the past three years as the Vice President of Academic Affairs of the Chicago campus.
Most recently, she has been contributing to the College as a member of the A-Team. As such, she has a wealth of knowledge about our psychology and counseling programs and possesses well-honed management skills. Susan also has background in management and executive development at Automatic Data Processing. Her area of interest is in the intersection of professional education and entrepreneurial models of leadership.

having over 30 years experience as a counselor. Dr. Orr earned her PhD and Master’s at the University of Pittsburgh. Her Bachelor’s degree was in English from Slippery Rock University. In addition, Dr. Orr earned another Master’s in business from Carnegie Mellon University, graduated as class valedictorian, and was recently nominated for the second time to “Who’s Who Among America’s Educators.” Dr. Orr is a frequent participant on local talk radio stations regarding educational/counseling issues and concerns. She is a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors and past President of the Mental Health Association of Allegheny County dedicated to advocating for the rights of those that are unable to speak for themselves.
On the personal side, Marian is addicted to reading and going to movies and musicals and plays. She also enjoys all types of music (except rap!) and traveling and eating at new restaurants as much as she can. Marian is also a dog lover and, whenever she stops traveling as much, intends to have a puppy “own” her again!
I love facilitating online because it is a challenge for me to convey information and feelings to my students in an accurate, understandable and sensitive way. As a counselor for many years, I enjoyed the one on one, face to face relationship – this is new, different, challenging and very exciting to me!

Dr. Shearer’s research focuses on how people on global work teams communicate, create, transfer and use knowledge. She has presented at many management conferences throughout the United States, Denmark, Norway and France. She has extensive business experience and education. Her experience includes being a Manager and Scientist at AT&T as well as Lucent Technologies (Bell Laboratories) for over 15 years. As a manager, she planned and implemented documentation and training projects, new technology for the telecommunications industry and worked with people all over the world.
Dr Shearer’s skill areas include: Business Communications, Organizational Behavior and Development, International Management, Strategic Planning and Project Management. Her knowledge areas include Business Law, Operations, Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning and Business Administration. Further, she had taught High School Special Education for 7 years and was in Medical and Public Television for 2 years.
As a hobby, Dr Shearer paints in oils and watercolors and is active in many community groups as well as global causes for positive community change.
